Innocent civilians in Sudan are caught in the middle of a counter-revolutionary war between the RSF and Sudanese Armed forces. Between forced famine, mass killing, lack of shelter and healthcare, their dignity was stolen from them. 30.4 million are in need of humanitarian aid. International Rescue committee notes  Sudan represents the largest recorded and fastest displacement crisis in the world. Think about the number 30.4 million for a minute. The Paris 2024 Olympics had 11.2 million visitors. There isn't a single stadium to fit everyone. If we quantified it in days, 30.4 million days would take 83,287 years. If we quantified it in seconds, 30.4 million seconds would take 8,444 hours or about 1 year. Now that's A LOT of people. All this to say, the Sudanese people need us.
